The McMaster Health Sciences Library has played a central role in supporting health research and promoting student learning on campus for over 50 years. Our commitment to lifelong learning has allowed us to build one of the most sought after learning and collaboration spaces on campus.

 

Donating Books or Periodicals

The library is not currently accepting book or journal donations.

Archival Material Donations

The archives accepts donations of unpublished original material from the Faculty of Health Sciences and Hamilton Health Sciences as well as from individuals connected to these institutions. We collect material in all formats and from all eras up to the present day. Please contact Melissa Caza if you have material you would like to consider for donation.

Monetary Donations

A donation to the Health Sciences Library not only supports current students, staff and faculty, in their academic pursuits but also, helps us serve our healthcare partners in the region. There are many ways to support the Health Sciences Library:

Enhance the Library Space

Memorial Donations

Remember a loved one or make a tribute to someone special by making a Memorial Donation to the Health Sciences Library. Funds will be directed to the building project of a trust fund of your choice. Plaques

All space and equipment donations are acknowledged with attractive plaques engraved to your specifications.
