With the start of a new semester, you may be needing to learn how to use different health sciences platforms. The Health Sciences Library will be offering a series of introductory workshops to equip you with the knowledge of how to use Ovid Medline and/or CINAHL. By attending the workshops, you’ll learn the importance of crafting a good research question; how to understand subject-headings and when to apply key words; scopes notes and their importance, and so much more.

The workshop dates are as follows:

• Ovid Medline workshop: Tuesday, January 18, 1:30-2:30 PM
• CINAHL workshop: Wednesday, January 19, 1:30-2:30 PM
• Ovid Medline workshop: Wednesday, February 2, 11:30-12:30 PM
• CINAHL workshop: Thursday, February 3, 11:30-12:30 PM
