Copyright and HSL Materials
What is considered a legal copy is governed by a combination of the Copyright Act, licensing agreements with publishers, andMcMaster University’s adoption of the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada’s (AUCC) Fair Dealing Policy.
Licenses signed by the Library with various publishers supersede the Copyright Act allowances, as well as the AUCC’s Fair Dealing Policy.
